How to Cook Delicious Red Paneer

My most favorite dairy product is Paneer, almost every day my Mom cook it for me. Paneer is an Indian cheese that made from curdled milk and some acid like lime juice or vinegar. You can buy this kind of cheese at the Indian groceries or order it via comments below (available Bali and Java island only)


Ingredients

200 gr paneer

4 large tomatoes

3 red chilies

3 hot red chilies

3 fried candlenuts

1 tsp salt


Direction

Cut paneer into medium size, fry until golden brown. 

Blend the tomatoes, chili, and candlenut with some water until smooth.

Heat remaining 3 tablespoon of oil. Add the sauce and salt then sauté until the water getting dry. 

Add the fried paneer, stir gently and serve.
